Find the app in the directory, open its details page and select the Download button. A store link opens the app’s store listing; an APK link provides an Android installation file. Before installing, compare the app name and publisher with the listing and check the Android requirements. If the button is missing or the link fails, report the app name and page URL to us.

1. Check Settings > Storage and free up space if your phone is nearly full.
2. If the download stopped early or the file will not open, delete that incomplete file and download it again.
3. Confirm that the release supports your phone and Android version. Android 14 blocks installation of some outdated APKs; these need an updated build from the developer.
4. If the app is already installed, try an update from the same store or publisher source. A signing conflict can prevent another APK from replacing it.

Keep Play Protect enabled. Before uninstalling an existing app, confirm that you can recover the account and any locally stored data. See Android’s installation compatibility guidance for the Android 14 restriction.

For an APK you have checked and chosen to install, open Android Settings and search for Install unknown apps. Select the browser or file manager opening the APK, then enable Allow from this source. Return to the downloaded file to continue, and turn the permission off afterward. Menu names vary by phone. If Android shows a harmful-app warning, stop the installation; this permission does not resolve a security warning or an incompatible file.

Use the same store or publisher source as the installed version and choose a newer compatible release. A different signing certificate or an attempt to install an older version can cause an update to fail. Do not clear app data or uninstall as the first step. Save the exact error, your phone model and Android version; if the conflict continues, ask the app’s support for the correct update package and a way to preserve your account and data.

1. Check the registered mobile number and country code. If +91 is already selected, do not enter it a second time.
2. Confirm that the correct SIM is active and has a mobile signal. Check blocked messages and the spam folder in your SMS app.
3. Wait for the app’s resend countdown before requesting another code. Use the newest code when messages arrive.
4. Check whether ordinary SMS messages arrive. If all incoming SMS fail, contact Jio or Airtel about SMS reception. If other messages arrive but one app’s OTP does not, report the issue to that app’s support with the request time, operator and app version.

A delay can come from the app’s SMS delivery service as well as the mobile network. Do not share an OTP with anyone. Jio’s SMS troubleshooting guidance explains the difference between one sender failing and a wider reception problem.

If the app offers UPI withdrawals, check the balance marked as available to withdraw, the minimum amount, any fees and the account-verification requirements shown on its withdrawal screen. Confirm that the UPI ID belongs to you and is linked to the intended bank account. Bonus, deposit and winnings balances may have different restrictions, so a displayed total is not necessarily fully withdrawable. These conditions vary by app; there is no single minimum amount or processing time for every listing.

Open the withdrawal history and record the request time, amount, status and reference number. Check whether the app is still reviewing the request or says a bank transfer has been sent. Then check the receiving bank account’s transaction history, rather than relying only on an SMS notification.

If the app’s stated processing period has passed, contact its support with those details. If it marks the transfer completed but no credit appears, request the bank-transfer reference or UTR and ask your bank to trace it. An app request ID may differ from the bank reference. Receiving money does not require entering a UPI PIN or approving a payment request.
